INDOOR BATTING CAGES
Located in Western PA, we all know how difficult it can be to schedule practices and hitting times. At theCAGES412, rain or shine, you can get your reps in.
FULL LENGTH PITCHING LANES
Nothing is more important than your pitchers getting in a full bull pen. We provide teams the ability to keep their pitchers' arms conditioned.
FULL WEIGHT TRAINING AREA
Along with your reps, we provided a complete weight training area with arm bands, mats, medicine balls and weights for your team to reach their full potential.
ABOUT
theCAGES412 is a Pittsburgh based baseball training facility. We provide teams the opportunity to practice, despite what Western Pennsylvania's weather has to say. Our goal is to assist in the development of athletes alike, through proper training and education on the game of baseball.

per hour (2 hour min.)
To help maximize your players' potential, book a time slot for two hours, any day of the week.

FACILITY RULES
First time users must undergo a brief equipment orientation with theCAGES412 staff
No cleats allowed
NO ONE CAN USE PITCHING MACHINES WITHOUT an ADULT feeding the
pitching machine
ALL Team Rentals must be under the direct supervision of ADULT Coaches at all times.
Adults/Coaches are 100% responsible for the actions of their players/participants while in the Facility and using the facility equipment. Misconduct will result in immediate termination of privileges
Participants MUST be mindful/respectful of adjacent building tenants; excessive noise or actions that are distracting/disruptive will not be tolerated.
Closed-toed shoes must be worn
No food or drinks allowed in the Facility
Batters must wear helmets at all times while in the batting cage
When pitching you must stand behind the safety net/L-Screens
Those not batting or pitching need to stand outside of the netted area
Please take practice pitches before inviting the batter into the cage.
The only people swinging a bat are those in the cages or at a designated station.
Once your time is up, please put all balls back into the bucket and put the bucket back in the storage area. Be mindful of time and make sure that cleanup takes place so that the Facility is ready at the next Team’s designated time slot. All players/Coaches/Team must be out of the facility at or before there time-slot ends. Please take ALL Trash with you when you leave.
